Nexus Advanced Technologies has agreed to restructure notes and warrants with Anson Funds, effective Oct. 2, 2026.
Nexus Advanced Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NXAT), a company formerly known as K Wave Media Ltd., announced Monday that it has reached a debt and warrant restructuring agreement with two Anson Funds entities, marking a significant step in reshaping its capital structure.
The deal, formally titled the ATM Consent, Note Repayment and Warrant Exchange Agreement, became effective October 2, 2026. The counterparties are Anson Investments Master Fund L.P. and Anson East Master Fund L.P., which together constitute the Anson Funds involved in the transaction.
