Norlee Group Acquires IEM Electric in Eighth Add-On Deal
Heartwood Partners' portfolio company Norlee Group has completed its eighth add-on acquisition, purchasing Hickory, N.C.-based IEM Electric.

The transaction closed September 30, 2026, and represents the eighth add-on acquisition completed by Norlee Group under Heartwood Partners' ownership.
